Nancy Baumgartner

It is with great sadness that the family of Nancy Baumgartner announce her passing on Friday, December 30, 2022, at age 87.

Throughout her life, Nancy cherished time spent with family and friends. As a child, she valued visiting her grandparents in the country. She loved experiencing life with her husband. While leading troops of scouts, she helped her children appreciate their world. She enjoyed the comradery of the K of C ladies and men. Later, she appreciated painting ceramics, adored quilting with her friends, and liked reading great mysteries.

Nancy will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 65 years, Richard; children, Michella (Bruce), Diane (Jeff), and Mark; grandchildren, Alicia (Ninad), Jennifer (Patrick), and David; great-grandchildren Evelyn and Peter as well as numerous family members and friends. Nancy especially treasured spending time with her grandchildren whether they were baking cookies, playing games or having new adventures.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 10am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 5819 W. Pleasant Ridge, Arlington, TX. Rosary will be prior to Mass at 9:15 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Lung Association.
